摘要：

本文介绍了大卫· 沙恩的新的城市概念模型，即城市的发展变化可以由领地、骨架和异质空间三个基本元素的组合和重组进行解释，其中异质空间在稳定城市和刺激城市模式转换中起到关键作用。创建异质空间， 是城市建设参与者和城市设计者实现其理想的重要手段。

Abstract：

This is an introduction to David Shane’s new urban conceptual model which explains the urban model shifts with the combination and recombination of three basic urban elements: the enclave, the armature, and the heterotopias that play key roles both in stabilizing cities and in catalyzing transitions from one city model to another. To create heterotopias is very important to urban actors who want to realize their“ utopias”.
