Abstract：

Based on the successful experiences of Urban Land Readjustment out of China，through literature and comparative methods，the paper summarizes four resistances faced in Urban Land Readjustment of China: unreasonable distribution of interests，difficulty of land ownership adjustment， lack of sufficient funds and lack of willingness to participate. Then paper puts forward suggestions to carry out Urban Land Readjustment in China.
