摘要：

芝加哥市与其郊区自治市共同协作，在全球经济中发挥重要作用。本文分析芝加哥自1909—2011 年间的10 次规划，探讨其规划理念的演变，剖析芝加哥大都市区在迈向全球城市区域过程中的中心区和郊区的功能配置；同时在全球城市发展策略框架下，分析历次规划的相应措施。

Abstract：

The City of Chicago, cooperating with the municipalities in its suburb, has played a significant role in global economy. The paper analyzes ten plans from 1909 to 2011 in terms of the evolution of planning philosophies as Chicago metropolitan area towards a global city region. The functions allocated in the central city of Chicago and its suburban municipalities are also examined. The paper explores planning strategies in the ten plans within certain strategic framework of global city development.
