摘要：

对于城市设计而言，连接理论是建立场所相互关系、构架城市空间秩序的重要手段。本文通过对城市设计理论思潮的整理与归纳，分析梳理出连接理论思想的起源、应用、理论形成及后续的发展与影响四个阶段，探讨其理论的局限性，进一步理解认识其在城市设计实践中的指导意义。

Abstract：

For urban design, the linkage theory is an important means for connecting sites and constructing the order of urban space. Based on the induction of urban design theories, the article analyses four stages of the linkage theory: its origin, its initial applications, the formation of the theory, as well as its subsequent development and impact. This intends to explore the limitation of the theory and further understand its guidance in urban design practice.
