摘要：

针对中国大城市在菜市场转型过程中遇到的规划、设计和管理方面的问题，本文以中国香港、中国台湾和新加坡为例，通过文献收集和实地调研等方法，在梳理三地菜市场发展历程的基础上，对其规划布局、建筑设计和管理机制进行分析比较，进而对中国菜市场转型提出可资借鉴的发展思路和对策建议。

Abstract：

In China’s metropolis, wet markets are challenged in planning, design and management during the transition period. In this paper, three East Asian metropolis, namely Hong Kong, Taiwan Districts and Singapore, are chosen for case studies. Based on the introduction of wet markets development process, the paper analyzes the measures in facility planning, architecture design and management mechanism, and finally discusses their implications for China.
