摘要:

本文围绕城乡规划领域科学技术的发展,从数据驱动的角度,剖析应用于城乡规划领域的数据资源的变化,及其对城乡规划和管理技术手段的影响。本研究主要以传统城乡规划流程为基础,以规划数据生命周期的视角,构建了一套数据驱动的城市规划新技术支持框架,更好地支持新形势下的城乡规划编制工作。

Abstract:

Focusing on exploring the scientific technique development in urban and rural planning driven by the evaluations of usable data sources, the research builds an urban planning support framework composed by new techniques emerged in recent decades. Building from the aspect of data lifecycle and follow the workflow of traditional urban planning, hopefully the framework will better support projects in urban and rural planning.
