摘要：

如何测度和衡量世界城市在网络中的位置和地位是世界城市网络研究的重点和难点。扎克瑞·尼尔提出递归中心性、递归作用力和转变中心性的概念，为世界城市网络测度提供了一种新的视角和方法。本文在对世界城市网络测度相关文献进行回顾的基础上，重点从中心性与作用力的关系及测度模型等方面介绍及评述扎克瑞·尼尔世界城市网络测度方法，并提出世界级城市发展和构建的几点启示。

Abstract：

How to measure the position and the status of world city network is a focal point and difficulty in the world city network study. Zachary Neal put forward the concept of world city recursive centrality, recursive power and alter-based centrality, which provides a new angel and method to measure the world city network. Basing on the reviewing of the related research of with the world city network, this paper introduces comprehensively and reviews the Zachary Neal’s method from the relations and model of the centrality and power in order to enlighten the world city construction.
