摘要：

经历了上一轮快速化、跨越式发展之后，城市空间骨架已经基本定型，城市发展模式由大规模、集中化、高能耗、快速化的模式转向小规模、有机分散化、低碳型的微循环模式。本文以长沙为例，分析了现状存在的问题，从空间、功能、交通、人居环境、资源利用等方面反思了当前规划面临的问题；在此基础上，结合案例研究，从土地利用、空间形态、交通系统、设施配套、资源利用等方面探讨了基于城市局域循环的空间模式与规划策略。

Abstract：

After experiencing fast and great-leap-forward development, the urban structure in most cities of China has come into being. The urban development mode has transformed from large-scale, and high-consumption to small-scale, low-carbon and environment-oriented. Taking two cases of Changsha as examples, this paper analyzes the features and problems of non- local-area recycling. Also, this research puts forward some urban problems about space, function, traffic, residential environment and resource management. On this basis, this paper illustrates how to construct the space modes and planning strategy about urban local-area recycling system in terms of morphological structure, traffic system, infrastructures and so on.
