摘要：

本文针对伦敦中央活动区十多年的建设发展，探讨了中央活动区总体结构、亚区单元、功能混合模式以及道路系统之间的结合关系；通过对比深圳中心区的发展，总结了伦敦中央活动区的亚区与混合功能模式经验，并探讨了未来中国城市中心区城市设计的建设模式。

Abstract：

This paper experiences construction and development over ten years of Central Activity Zone in London, discusses the relationship in city structure, subarea, mixed-use mode, traffic system in CAZ. The empirical mode of the London CAZ is summarized by comparing the development of Shenzhen CBD, and lastly discusses the urban design model of central urban district in future China.
